To Complete an Activity and Claim Credit:

1. Ensure You’re Logged In

• Verify that you’re logged in by checking the top right corner of the page. If you see your name, you’re logged in.
• If you need help logging in, click here.

2. Access Your Account

• Select "My Account" next to your name at the top right corner of the page.
• Click the "My Activities" tab in the center of the page.

3. View Your Activities

• By default, you’ll see a transcript of “Completed Activities.”
• To access unfinished activities, select the "Pending Activities" tab located to the right of "Completed Activities" above the Title, Series, and Date Completed boxes.
• Find the activity you want to complete and click its title to go to its main page.

4. Resume the Activity

• Click the blue "Take Course" button.
• On the following page, check the course progress bar on the left:
  • A full circle means the section is complete.
  • A half or empty circle indicates an incomplete section.
  • Click the relevant section on the progress bar to continue.

5. Complete All Sections

• Make sure to complete every component of the activity. Skipping steps may prevent the system from recognizing completion and awarding credit.

6. Claim Credit

• Choose the type of credit you wish to claim, then proceed to the next step to access and download your CME certificate.
• Note: Some courses do not offer credit, so this option may not be available for all activities.
