The California Academy of Family Physicians is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education to provide continuing medical education for physicians. The California Academy of Family Physicians also designates this educational activity for a maximum of 3.25 AMA PRA Category 1 CreditsTM .
Clinicians should only claim credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
This activity is also approved for 3.25 AOA Category 2A credits and 3.25 nursing credits. CAFP’s Bureau of Registered Nursing number is #1809.
