The California Academy of Family Physicians is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education to provide continuing medical education for physicians. The California Academy of Family Physicians also designates this educational activity for a maximum of 3.50 AMA PRA Category 1 CreditsTM .
Clinicians should only claim credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
This activity is also approved for 3.50 AOA Category 2A credits and 3.50 nursing credits. CAFP’s Bureau of Registered Nursing number is #1809.
This is the last and final live activity of our 2020 Family Medicine Clinical Forum. If you attended all three sessions, you should be able to claim up to 14.75 hours of credit. You will need to go to each course to download a certificate:
2020 Family Medicine Clinical Forum (November course) = 8 CME credits
2020 Family Medicine Clinical Forum II (December course) = 3.25 CME credits
2020 Family Medicine Clinical Forum III (January course) = 3.50 credits
You can also go back and earn additional credit by participating in the 2020 Family Medicine Clinical Forum - Recordings course. If you have registered for this the live Forum conference, you have access to these recordings for free with a coupon code you were provided. Please contact cafp@familydocs.org if you need it sent to you again. All the concurrent sessions from the November conference (23 courses) are located here and for each of these courses, you can choose to participate in the Translation to Practice (t2p) - Commitment to Change process and 2 additional AAFP Prescribed credits are available for each course.
