The PDSA Cycle for Learning and Improvement is a method with four steps: Plan, Do, Study, and Act. This video walk learners through  the benefits of using the PDSA cycle by breaking  down each step of the PDSA cycle including the use of a PDSA ramp to progressively test and modify changes ideas that lead to sustained change.
