Primary Prevention of Cardiovascular Disease 2023: Translation to Practice®

Cardiovascular health is the responsibility of the entire healthcare team. And, since the family medicine physician is at the HEART of a patient's care, they are in the perfect position to promote and optimize cardiovascular health. In this session, the management of common chronic diseases will be reviewed while highlighting the ACC/AHA's recommendations to mitigate cardiovascular disease risk.
