The California Academy of Family Physicians (CAFP) is pleased to present recordings from the virtual 2020 Family Medicine Clinical Forum.

If you attended the "live" Forum, then you should have received a coupon code that you can enter at check-out to get 100% off the course fee. If you do not have that code, please contact cafp@familydocs.org. 

Learners can choose to participate in one or all courses and can come back and complete courses throughout the accreditation period. All course are also available for extra Translation to Practice (t2p) credit if desired. If you choose to participate in t2p, you will receive an email requesting information about the proposed change 21 days after submitting your t2p form. Once CAFP confirms receipt of this, you will be awarded the additional 2 AAFP Prescribed credits for each course.
